Taking a dip with the dog

Small photograph (measuring 68 x 108mm) bought at an Antiques Fair, Oswestry Show Ground.
No message on the reverse.
Judging by bottom of the young lady’s coat she looks to have been swimming, I’m not sure if the dog joined her or not.
I like her facial expression, the photo shy dog and the beautiful trees in the background.

The poor dog doesn’t seem too keen to take another dip in the water!
Wonder if the photographer took a dip in the water too.
